Dr. Tobia graduated from the St Georges University School of Medicine in 1996. He is board certified in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, and Consultation Psychiatry. Dr. Tobia is also a Rutgers University Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Professor and is affiliated with Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care.
